信息技术在改变社会结构与社会行为方式的同时也不断催生新的类型犯罪,以传统犯罪治理策略为基础,依托信息技术的犯罪综合治理模式呼之欲出。通过将大数据、人工智能、地理信息系统等信息技术手段运用到犯罪治理的过程当中,不仅可以实现惩罚罪犯的目的,还可以对犯罪进行精准预测、进而实现有效预防,是我国实现犯罪治理信息化、科学化、技术化的重要保障,依托信息技术的犯罪综合治理模式的建立健全是未来我国犯罪治理、乃至社会治理的必然选择。

While information technology changes the social structure and social behavior patterns,new types of crimes are constantly being spawned.Based on traditional crimes governance strategies,comprehensive crime governance models relying on information technology are ready to emerge.Crime governance can punish criminals and accurately predict crimes through the use of big data,artificial intelligence,geographic information systems and other information technology methods to achieve effective prevention.It is an important guarantee for China to realize the informatization,science and technology of crime governance.The establishment and soundness of the comprehensive crime governance model of information technology is an inevitable choice for my country’s crime governance and even social governance in the future.
