摘要
为分析单航次船舶的系统退化过程,合理采取运行维护措施,定义船舶动力设备的运行策略,根据船舶动力设备的退化过程,利用Wiener-马尔科夫理论,分析船舶动力设备的退化特点。建立多目标运行优化策略模型,给出运行维护费用的表达式,确定船舶动力系统的可靠度和费用为优化目标。以船舶排气系统为例进行退化分析和优化,优化结果显示该方法能够有效地缓解系统退化,提升单航次船舶运行的可靠性和经济性,具有理论意义和重要的工程应用价值。
In order to analyze the system degradation process of a single voyage ship,reasonable operation and maintenance measures are taken and the operation strategy of the ship's power equipment is defined,and the degradation characteristics of the ship's power equipment are analyzed according to the degradation process of the ship's power equipment and the Wiener-Markov theory.The multi-objective operation optimization strategy model is established to give the expression of the operation and maintenance cost,and the reliability and cost of the ship power system are regarded as the optimization goal.Through the analysis and optimization of the degradation of the ship's exhaust system,the optimization results showed that the method can effectively alleviate the system degradation,improve the reliability and economy of single-voyage ship operation,and have theoretical significance and important engineering application value.
