摘要 采用文献研究法,在现有国内外压载水取样装置研究的基础上,结合相关理论知识,对压载水取样装置设计进行研究,并提出相关设计方向与思路。得到以下结论:取样端口的设计主要考虑通用性问题,端口的类型尺寸与船舱空间相关;通过对现有的取样探针理论进行研究整合,推导出取样探针设计初步的经验公式,解决当下取样探针设计无经验公式参考的问题;对模拟试验中常用的浓缩收集装置进行评定,认为浮游生物网在使用过程中存在流量、压差和排水量的限制,并不适用船舶模拟试验,并提出浓缩收集装置设计的方向。研究结果可为今后的压载水取样收集装置设计提供思路和参考。 The literature research method is adopted,based on the existing domestic and foreign research of ballast water sampling device,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge,to study the design of ballast water sampling device,and put forward relevant design directions and ideas.The following conclusions of the study are reached.The design of the sampling port mainly considers the issue of versatility,and the type and size of the port are related to the cabin space.Through the integration of the existing sampling probe theoretical research,the preliminary sampling probe design is derived to solve the problem of no empirical formula reference in the current sampling probe design.To evaluate the commonly used concentration and collection devices in the simulation test,it is believed that the plankton net has restrictions on flow,pressure difference and displacement during use,which is not applicable to ship simulation test,and the design direction of the concentration collection device is proposed.The research results can provides ideas and references for the design of ballast water sampling and collection devices in the future.
