山东地区1例肉鸡养殖场大肠杆菌噬菌体的分离和解谱鉴定

摘要 噬菌体是天然的抗菌剂,可用于抵制细菌感染,在裂解人类、动物体中的细菌以及消除食品、公共环境等领域中的细菌污染方面均具有重要作用。以从山东地区肉鸡养殖场采集的24株鸡源大肠杆菌为宿主菌,采用双层平板法从肉鸡垫料样本中进行噬菌体的分离,并进行宿主谱测定。结果分离到2株噬菌体,BP14对大肠杆菌的裂解率为8.3%,BP13对大肠杆菌的的裂解率为50%。宽宿主谱噬菌体的分离将为肉鸡大肠杆菌病的防治奠定基础。 Phage is a natural antibacterial agent.It will plays an important role in the control of resistant bacterial infections of human and animals and eliminating bacterial contamination of food and public areas such as the environment.Phages were isolated from chicken feces samples with 24 chicken Escherichia coli strains as the host bacteria and the host spectrum was determined by double agar plate method.The results showed that 2 phage strains were isolated and the lysis spectra of phage BP14 and BP13 were 8.3% and 50%,respectively.The isolation of wide host spectrum phage will lay the foundation for the prevention and curation of broiler chicken colibacillosis.
