摘要
以核电领域应用的水泵用电机为案列,详细论述了惰转特性要求的源头,在此基础上进一步探讨惰转特性设计中的"电机轴系转动惯量"与水力"动件"优化两个关键因素,通过定量计算与定性分析的方式,研究分析了两者对水泵用电机惰转特性的影响。
Taking the pump motor applied in the field of nuclear power as a case,the source of its idling characteristics requirements is discussed in detail.On this basis,two key factors of"inertia moment of motor shaft system"and hydraulic"moving parts"optimization in the design of idling characteristics are discussed further.Through quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis,the influence of the two factors on idling characteristics of pump motor is researched and analyzed.
