摘要
高压方箱电机凭借其散热性能良好、功率极数范围广、效率高、转矩大,易于变频调速广泛应用在石油化工、食品加工、危险化学品炼制等场所。这些领域因涉及生产、加工、贮存,运输,故通常会产生危险颗粒物质粉尘,多数粉尘为可燃性。当粉尘与空气混合达到一定比例时,遇到点燃源会发生剧烈爆炸,大大影响了高压方箱电机在粉尘环境的应用。通过二源热路法求解,利用有限元分析得出电机涡流场损耗,再利用铜耗公式,并将求得损耗结果当做热源,从而计算出热导率,对比不同材质热导率,来判断不同位置是否会出现过厚粉尘层,为粉尘环境电机应用安全性提供了保障。
High-voltage square box motors are widely used in petrochemical industry,food processing,hazardous chemicals refining and other places due to its good heat dissipation performance,wide ranges of power and pole number,high efficiency,large torque as well as easy frequency control and speed adjustment.Because these fields involve production,processing,storage and transportation,they usually produce dangerous particulate dust,and most of the dust is flammable.When the mixing ratio of dust to air reaches a certain value,the mixture will violently explode when it encounters the ignition source,which greatly affects the application of high-voltage square box motor in dust environment.In this paper,the eddy current field loss of the motor is obtained based on the solution of two-source heat path method and the analysis of finite element,and the copper loss formula is used to calculate thermal conductivity by taking the solved loss result as a heat source.The thermal conductivities of different materials are compared to judge whether excessive-thick dust layer will occur in different positions,which provides the safeguard for security application of the dust environment motor.
