基于多维理论的城市住区建成环境步行性评价体系构建及应用——以武汉市为例 被引量:5

摘要 步行作为一种绿色健康的出行方式,随着人们对绿色健康生活的追求,在当今规划中正重新受到关注。研究基于多维理论视角,从主体人的需求层面科学构建主客观相结合综合性住区建成环境步行性评价体系,进而对武汉市城市住区建成环境步行性进行了实证研究,以检验评价指标体系的可行性和实用性。研究结果可为城市老城区住区建成环境步行性的改善优化和新城区住区建成环境步行性的建设等提供支持,也为城市的管理和政策的制定提供更为全面的依据。 As a green and healthy way of travel,walking is receiving renewed attention in today’s planning as people pursue a green and healthy life.Based on a multi-dimensional theoretical perspective,the study scientifically constructs a comprehensive assessment system of walkability of the built environment of residential areas that combines subjective and objective from the needs of the subject,and then conducts an empirical study on the walkability of the built environment of urban residential areas in Wuhan to test the evaluation index system of feasibility and practicality.The research results can provide support for the improvement and optimization of the walkability of the built environment of the old urban residential area and the construction of the walkability of the built environment of the new urban residential area.It also provides a more comprehensive basis for urban management and policy formulation.
