摘要
针对核电站数字化和睦系统中,板卡装配工序需手动操作导光柱热铆和面板结构件螺装的现状,设计了一种4轴自动装配装置,由带有机械手的热铆模块和带有龙门架的螺装模块组成,该装置采用了4工位转盘实现工序周转。本文叙述板卡面板装配自动化装置的工作原理,以及载具设计、导光柱装配和面板装配的实现方法。
In view of the current situation that the board card assembly process in the nuclear power plant digital FirmSys requires manual operation of hot riveting of light guide column and screw assembly of panel structural parts,a 4-axis automatic assembly device is designed,which is composed of hot riveting module with manipulator and screw assembly module with gantry frame.The device adopts 4-station turntable to realize process turnover.This paper describes the working principle of automatic panel assembly of board and card,and the implementation method of vehicle design,light guide column assembly and panel assembly.
