摘要
秦一厂反应堆保护系统从2013年~2018年,温度信号发生漂移现象达数十次,对核电站机组的安全可靠运行产生潜在影响。例如,对运行操作人员判断机组运行状况产生影响,对停堆保护系统冗余性降低甚至停堆产生影响等。本文通过对温度漂移的分析和现场试验,发现温度信号的转接端子块引起了电阻信号的微弱变化,接着导致温度信号的漂移,最后提出解决方案,该方案对解决类似问题有较好的现场借鉴经验。
From 2013 to2018,the temperature signal drift of the reactor protection system of QNPP-1 occurred for dozens of times,which has potential impact on the safe and reliable operation of nuclear power plant units,such as the influence on the operating personnel to judge the operating status of units,the reduction of the redundancy of the shutdown protection system and even the shutdown.In the paper,through the analysis of the temperature drift and field test,it is found that the conversion terminal block of the temperature signal causes the weak change of resistance signal,and then leads to the temperature signal drift.Finally,a solution is proposed,which has a good field experience to solve similar problems.
