摘要
某电厂3号机组TSI系统采用汽轮机7个振动信号高高单点触发振动保护的方式,近年来发生了多次由于高温和接线松动引起振动保护动作的事件。通过介绍该机组TSI系统振动探头安装位置与分析振动保护逻辑,提出了通过新增振动测点,优化振动保护逻辑的方案,降低由单点保护引起的误动作的可能性。
A certain power plant unit 3 TSI system adopts steam turbine 7 single point high vibration signal trigger vibration protection means,in recent years,there have been many cases of vibration protection caused by high temperature and loose wiring,this paper introduces the installation position of the vibration probe of the TSI system of the unit and analyzes the vibration protection logic,put forward by the new vibration measuring point,optimizing the vibration protection logic scheme to reduce the possibility of misoperation caused by a single point of protection.
