子宫肌瘤患者应用腹腔镜手术治疗的效果

The Effect of Laparoscopic Operation on Myoma Patients

目的探究子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2018年2月—2021年2月在该院接受治疗的118例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,甲组行开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术,乙组行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对比两组手术相关指标、并发症发生情况与疾病复发率。结果乙组术后肛门排气时间为(17.11±2.18)h,术后VAS评分为(2.18±0.19)分,下床活动时间为(9.63±2.18)h,住院时间为(6.12±1.03)d,优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.938、17.182、28.675、6.002,P<0.05);与甲组(23.73%)比较,乙组并发症发生率(5.08%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.316,P<0.05);与甲组(25.42%)比较,乙组疾病复发率(3.39%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.614,P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者行腹腔镜手术治疗的手术效果理想,术后并发症发生率、疾病复发率低。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation and open surgery in patients with uterine myoma.Methods The 118 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by a random number table.Group A underwent open myomectomy,and group B underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.The two groups were compared with the operation-related indicators,complications and disease recurrence rate.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time was(17.11±2.18)h,the postoperative VAS score was(2.18±0.19)points,the time of getting out of bed was(9.63±2.18)h,the length of hospital stay was(6.12±1.03)d,which was better than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.938,17.182,28.675,6.002,P<0.05);compared with group A(23.73%),group B(5.08%)had a lower complication rate,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.316,P<0.05);compared with group A(25.42%),group B(3.39%)had a lower disease recurrence rate,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.614,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is effective in the treatment of myoma,and the incidence of complications and recurrence rate are low.
