摘要
目的分析骨水泥在脊柱压缩骨折微创手术中的应用效果。方法从2018年1月—2021年4月该院患者中随机选出100例脊柱压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,实施课题研究。入院即编码,取1~50号患者作对照组,行保守治疗;51~100号患者作观察组,行聚甲基丙烯酸酯骨水泥和经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗。随访1个月后,观察两组患者治疗前后的椎体高度、后凸Cobb角,评价疼痛状况和功能障碍指数,比较临床应用效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者椎体前缘高度是(19.57±3.74)mm,椎体中间高度是(21.63±1.45)mm,椎体后缘高度是(22.40±1.64)mm,后凸Cobb角是(12.80±4.15)°,较对照组相比明显更优,差异有统计学意义(t=3.587、7.608、6.603、3.233,P<0.05);观察组患者VAS评分和ODI指数评分分别是(2.31±1.01)分、(13.21±2.84)分,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.357、14.716,P<0.05)。结论骨水泥在脊柱压缩骨折微创手术中的治疗效果非常确切,可以有效改善患者椎体高度,减轻疼痛,降低功能障碍程度,应当在临床中进行推广和应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of bone cement in minimally invasive surgery for spinal compression fractures.Methods From January 2018 to April 2021,100 patients with spinal compression fractures were randomly selected from the hospital's patients as the research objects to implement the subject research.The code was entered upon admission.Patients 1-50 were taken as the control group and treated conservatively,and patients 51-100 were taken as the observation group and treated with polymethacrylate bone cement and percutaneous vertebroplasty.After one month of follow-up,the vertebral body height and Cobb angle of kyphosis before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,the pain status and dysfunction index were evaluated,and the clinical application effects were compared.Results After treatment,the height of the anterior edge of the vertebral body in the observation group was(19.57±3.74)mm,the middle height of the vertebral body was(21.63±1.45)mm,the height of the posterior edge of the vertebral body was(22.40±1.64)mm,and the Cobb angle of kyphosis was(12.80±4.15)°,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.587,7.608,6.603,3.233,P<0.05);the observation group patients'VAS score and ODI index score were respectively(2.31±1.01)points and(13.21±2.84)points,which were also significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.357,14.716,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of bone cement in minimally invasive surgery for spinal compression fractures is very accurate.It can effectively improve the height of the vertebral body,relieve pain,and reduce the degree of dysfunction.It should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
