摘要 针对传统物流仓储作业系统自动定位方法存在定位精度低、定位时间长、定位误差较大的问题,基于RFID技术研究了一种新的物流仓储作业系统自动定位方法。在基于RFID技术的物流仓储作业系统定位整体架构的基础上,对物流仓储作业系统的行驶路径进行定位模拟,并针对无人搬运车系统进行了行驶的精确定位和停车定位,并对行驶的路径进行了准确的绝对位置分析,从而确定小车所在位置,完成物流仓储作业系统的自动定位。对比实验结果表明,所提方法的定位误差较小,定位时间较短,提高了小车所在位置的定位精度,且实用效果更好。 Based on the problems of low positioning accuracy,long positioning time and large positioning error in the traditional automatic positioning method of logistics storage operation system,a new automatic positioning method of logistics storage operation system is researched based on RFID technology.Based on the overall architecture of the logistics storage operation system positioning on the basis of RFID technology,the positioning simulation of the travel path of the logistics storage operation system is performed,and the precise positioning and parking positioning of the unmanned vehicle system are performed.An accurate absolute position analysis is performed to determine the location of the trolley and complete the automatic positioning of the logistics storage operation system.The comparative experiment results show that the proposed method has smaller positioning error and shorter positioning time,which improves the positioning accuracy of the location of the trolley and has better practical effect.
