摘要
对食品及纸质食品包装材料中氯丙醇的生物危害进行了分析,列举了各国相关标准中对食品及纸质食品包装材料中氯丙醇类的限量值要求,并对目前各类标准和相关研究中提出的氯丙醇类检测方法进行了分析比较,为食品及纸质食品包装材料中氯丙醇类的检测提供借鉴。
The biological hazards of chloropropanols in food and paper-based food packaging materials were analyzed and the limit value requirements of chloropropanols in food and paper-based food packaging materials in relevant national standards were given in this study.The detection methods of chloropropanols in various current standards and related research were analyzed and compared to provide references for the detection of chloropropanols in food and paper-based food packaging materials.
