摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)是一类长度大于200 nt的长链RNA,多存在于细胞核内,含polyA尾巴和启动子结构,具有参与细胞的分化、重编程以及作为疾病的诊断标志物功能。类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是以关节慢性炎症性病变为特征,最终导致关节内骨与软骨发生破坏、功能丧失的一类全身性免疫性疾病。RA发病机制复杂,影响因素众多,随着研究的深入,发现一直被人们忽视的lncRNA与RA之间有密切联系,如lncRNA参与滑膜细胞的增殖、滑膜的持续炎症反应等。本文综述了近几年有关lncRNA以及其对RA发病的影响的研究进展。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a type of long-chain RNA with a length of more than 200 nt and often exists in the nucleus.It contains polyA tail and a promoter structure and can participate in cell differentiation and reprogramming,and meanwhile,it can also be used as a diagnostic marker for certain diseases.Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a type of systemic immune disease characterized by chronic inflammation in joint,which may lead to the destruction of bone and cartilage in joint and the loss of function.RA has a complex pathogenesis and various influencing factors,and with the deepening of research,it has been found that lncRNA is closely associated with RA.For example,lncRNA is involved in the proliferation of synovial cells and the sustained inflammatory response of synovial membrane.This article reviews the research advances in lncRNA and its influence on the pathogenesis of RA in recent years.
