两种农药对核桃腐烂病伴生病原菌的抑菌作用研究

Antibacterial Activity Evaluation of Two Kinds of Pesticides in Vitro Against Phytopathogenic Bacteria from the Walnut Canker Disease

摘要 腐生细菌泛菌(Pantoea sp)是核桃腐烂病发生中的一种重要的伴生细菌,对核桃腐烂病的发生发展具有重要的促进作用.通过滤纸片法研究了两种常见的农药石硫合剂和农用链霉素对泛菌的抑制作用,结果表明,石硫合剂和农用链霉素对该菌的抑制作用较强,且具较好的剂量效应. Pantoea sp, a phytopathogenic bacteria from the walnut canker disease, which plays important roles in the development of pathogenicity. In this study, Pantoea sp as test bacteria, the antibacterial activities of calcium polysulfide and agricultural streptomycin were evaluated by the method of inhibition zone diameters. The results showed that two antibiotics had better inhibition effects against Pantoea sp,and had a good dose effect.
