教师轮岗中的挑战:知识与文化交流--基于新制度主义视角 被引量:7

摘要 教师轮岗制度作为推动义务教育均衡发展的一项重要举措,有利于不断优化教师资源配置。但教师轮岗制度施行后,教师在校际间流动,与流入学校、同侪教师、新的学生群体产生文化碰撞与知识交流,轮岗交流效果受到影响。基于新制度主义理论,轮岗教师知识与文化交流受阻是由于文化合法性建立被忽视以及制度合法性受到质疑。为此,需从健全教师轮岗评价制度,促进政策深入推进;完善轮岗教师补偿制度,关注教师合法权益;制定学校文化推介制度,提升教师文化适应性;建立学校支持性制度,增强轮岗教师归属感四个方面着手优化教师轮岗制度。 Teacher rotation policy,as an important measure to promote the balanced development of compulsory education,is conducive to optimizing the allocation of teacher resources.However,after the implementation of the teacher rotation system,teachers flow between schools,causing cultural collisions and knowledge exchanges with incoming schools,peer teachers,and new student groups,and the effect of rotation exchanges is affected.Based on the theory of neo-institutionalism,the obstruction of knowledge and cultural exchanges among rotational teachers is due to the establishment of cultural legitimacy neglected and the institutional legitimacy questioned.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the teacher rotation evaluation system and to promote the policy further;to improve the compensation system for rotational teachers and pay attention to the legitimate rights and interests of teachers;to formulate a school culture promotion system to improve teachers'cultural adaptability;to establishe a school support system to enhance rotational teachers'sense of belonging.
