微课联合翻转课堂在骨科临床实习教学中的应用情况

摘要 目的研究在“互联网+”背景下微课联合翻转课堂于骨科实习中的效果。方法分析2019年9月—2020年1月于该院进行临床实习的2015级骨科专业生150名作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将学生平均分为观察组及对照组,各75名。观察组采取微课结合翻转课堂混合式教学模式,对照组采取传统教学及带教模式。对比分析两组学生理论课考试成绩及自我学习效果评价情况。结果经不同方法教学4个月后,观察组理论成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生实践技能掌握程度评分明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在“互联网+”背景下微课联合翻转课堂在骨科临床实习中的应用效果情况良好,值得在临床带教中推广应用。 Objective To study the effect of micro-classes combined with flipped classrooms in orthopedics practice under the background of"Internet+".Methods Analyzed 150 orthopedic students of 2015 grade who had undergone clinical practice in the hospital from September 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects,and the random number table method was used to divide the students into the observation group and the control group,with 75 students in each group.The observation group adopted a mixed teaching mode of micro-class combined with flipped classroom,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching and teaching mode.A comparative analysis of the test scores and self-learning effect evaluation of the two groups of students in theory courses.Results After 4 months of teaching with different methods,the observation group's theoretical performance was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the students in the observation group on their practical skills mastery were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the background of"Internet+",the application effect of micro-course combined with flipped classroom in orthopedics clinical practice is good,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinical teaching.
