摘要
合理控制平均住院日,有利于提高医疗工作效率,优化医疗资源配置。平均住院日作为医疗质量考核的主要指标之一,其如何进行合理控制则是临床科室的一大难题。该文通过对科室DRG病种数据的分析,应用戴明环循环(PDCA)的品质改进方法,对某科室通过病种管控的方法进行科室平均住院日的控制,取得了一定成效。
Reasonable control of the average hospital stay is conducive to improving the efficiency of medical work and optimizing the allocation of medical resources.The average hospital stay is one of the main indicators of medical quality assessment,and how to reasonably control it is a big problem for clinical departments.This article analyzed the DRG disease data of the department and applied the quality improvement method of deming cycle(PDCA)to control the average hospital stay of a certain department through the method of disease control,and achieved certain results.
