摘要
医院电子档案蕴含的价值巨大,然而我国医院电子档案资源利用率低,难以满足用户的个性化、科学化、智能化的服务要求。在此背景下,充分依托新一代信息技术,以系统科学的视野,全面系统地阐述医院电子档案用户画像技术及其精准服务应用研究路线,探讨了具体的研究内容和研究目标,旨在更好地识别医院电子档案用户及其行为特征,从而为用户提供更好的信息服务。
The value of electronic hospital archives is huge.However,the utilization rate of electronic archives in hospitals in our country is low,and it is difficult to meet the personalized,scientific and intelligent service requirements of users.In this context,fully relying on a new generation of information technology,with a systematic and scientific perspective,comprehensively and systematically expound the hospital’s electronic archives user profile technology and its precise service application research route,discuss the specific research content and research goals,and aim to better identify the users of the hospital’s electronic archives and their behavior characteristics so as to provide users with better information services.
