摘要
公立医院想要稳定发展,并实现公立医院自身诊疗服务质量的提高,就要做好医生管理工作,特别是绩效管理,这直接关系到公立医院的未来发展。医生绩效管理工作与医生的工作积极性等存在直接联系,如果无法做好绩效管理,公立医院的诊疗水平就会出现下降。该研究针对DRGs模式为基础的公立医院医生绩效管理工作进行浅析,以此为该项工作提出一些参考。
Public hospitals,want to develop steadily and improve the quality of their own diagnosis and treatment services,it is necessary to do a good job in doctor management,especially performance management,which is directly related to the future development of public hospitals.There is a direct connection between the performance management of doctors and the enthusiasm of doctors.If performance management cannot be done well,the level of diagnosis and treatment in public hospitals will decline.This study analyzes the performance management of doctors in public hospitals based on the DRGs model,and puts forward some references for this work.
