摘要
目的探讨临床路径式教学法在肝胆外科护理带教中的应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2020年1月该院80名肝胆外科护理肝胆外科实习护生,双盲随机法分两组。对照组给予常规法带教,研究组实施临床路径式教学法。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、肝胆外科护理操作考核成绩、肝胆外科护理基础知识成绩。结果研究组对带教工作的满意度高于对照组,肝胆外科护理操作考核成绩、肝胆外科护理基础知识成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胆外科护理肝胆外科实习护生实施临床路径式教学法效果确切,可提高肝胆外科护理肝胆外科实习护生的理论以及护理技能掌握水平,并提高其对带教方法的满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of clinical pathway teaching method in hepatobiliary surgery nursing teaching.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 hepatobiliary surgery nursing intern nurses in the hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind random method.The control group was given regular teaching,and the study group implemented the clinical path-based teaching method.Compared the two groups'satisfaction with the teaching work,the evaluation results of hepatobiliary surgery nursing operation,and the performance of basic knowledge of hepatobiliary surgery nursing.Results The study group's satisfaction with teaching work was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of hepatobiliary surgery nursing operation assessment and basic knowledge of hepatobiliary surgery were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path-based teaching method for hepatobiliary surgery nursing students in hepatobiliary surgery has a definite effect,which can improve the theoretical and nursing skills mastery of nursing students in hepatobiliary surgery,and increase their satisfaction with teaching methods.
