新形势下门诊护理带教面临的问题及对策探讨

摘要 目的探讨新形势下门诊护理带教面临的问题及对策。方法将该院2017年1月—2020年1月80名门诊护生,数字表随机法分两组。对照组给予普通带教方法,观察组实施适应新时代的新型带教模式。比较两组门诊护生满意度、门诊护理基础知识分数、门诊护理操作技巧分数、病历书写评分、思维能力评分、团队协作能力评分。结果观察组门诊护生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组门诊护理基础知识、门诊护理操作技巧、病历书写、思维能力、团队协作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊护生实施适应新时代的新型带教模式效果确切,可提高门诊护生的实习成效,值得推广和应用。 Objective To discuss the problems and countermeasures of outpatient nursing teaching under the new situation.Methods From January 2017 to January 2020,80 outpatient nursing students in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups by number table.The control group was given the previous ordinary teaching method,and the observation group implemented a new teaching model adapted to the new era.The two groups of outpatient nursing students'satisfaction,outpatient nursing basic knowledge score,outpatient nursing operation skill score,medical record writing score,thinking ability score,and teamwork ability score were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction degree of outpatient nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the observation group in outpatient nursing basic knowledge,outpatient nursing operation skill,medical record writing,thinking ability,and teamwork ability were higher than those of the control group,the was difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a new teaching model adapted to the new era by outpatient nursing students has a definite effect,which can improve the effectiveness of internship of outpatient nursing students and is worthy of promotion and application.
