呼吸道感染是困扰全世界儿童的疾病之一,具有反复发作且治疗疗程长的特点。目前的研究表明免疫功能低下是导致儿童患病的主要原因,而社会经济水平、母亲知识素养以及环境因素皆与上呼吸道感染密切相关。盖因以上因素可影响儿童免疫系统功能,鉴于此可通过早期干预手段调节儿童免疫系统功能以防治儿童上呼吸道感染。该文旨在介绍国外针对儿童呼吸道感染防治的实践经验和理论基础,为将来推出适合国情的医院、社区和家长联动的未来三位一体疾病防治策略提供参考。

Respiratory tract infection is one of the diseases that plague children all over the world.It has the characteristics of recurrent attacks and long treatment courses.Current research shows that low immune function is the main cause of children's illness,and socio-economic level,maternal knowledge and environmental factors are closely related to upper respiratory tract infections.Because the above factors can affect the function of children's immune system,in view of this,early intervention can be used to regulate the function of children's immune system to prevent and treat upper respiratory tract infections in children.This article aims to introduce foreign practical experience and theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of children's respiratory tract infections,and to provide references for future trinity disease prevention and treatment strategies that are adapted to the national conditions of hospitals,communities,and parents.
