摘要
目的探讨消化内科护理教学工作中应用SBAR沟通模式联合模拟临床演练评估的教学效果。方法抽取该院2017年11月—2020年11月消化内科护理本科实习生78名,依红蓝双色球分布法分设两组。对照组(n=39),予以SBAR沟通模式教学;研究组(n=39)在此基础上联合模拟临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)模式。比对两组护生临床沟通技能、临床演练分值、考核成绩。结果与对照组比对,研究组临床沟通技能、临床演练分值、考核成绩更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化内科护理教学中应用SBAR沟通模式联合模拟临床演练评估对护生护沟通技能、临床技能、理论成绩提升显著。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of applying SBAR communication mode combined with simulated clinical exercise evaluation in the nursing teaching of digestive internal medicine.Methods A total of 78 undergraduate nursing interns in the Department of Gastroenterology from November 2017 to November 2020 were selected from this hospital,and they were divided into two groups according to the red and blue two-color ball distribution method.The control group(n=39)was given SBAR communication mode teaching.The research group(n=39)combined the simulated clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX)model on this basis.Compared the clinical communication skills,clinical practice scores,and assessment results of the two groups of nursing students.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical communication skills,clinical practice scores,and assessment scores of the study group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SBAR communication mode and simulated clinical exercise evaluation in the teaching of gastroenterology nursing has significantly improved the communication skills,clinical skills and theoretical performance of nursing students.
