摘要
目的分析目标管理教学法在妇科临床护理带教中应用价值。方法随机选取2019年1月—2020年8月在该院妇科进行实习的实习护生60名,随机数表法分为研究组、对照组,两组均30名。对照组实施常规教学法,研究组实施目标管理教学法,比较两组实习护生各项考核成绩、综合能力、素质能力、表现能力、教学满意度、学习积极性。结果研究组实习护生理论考核成绩、临床技能操作成绩比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生团队协作能力、沟通能力、适应能力、思维能力、实践能力评分比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生求知欲、寻求真相、分析能力、自信心、认知程度评分比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生处理能力、协调能力、应变能力评分比对照组实习护生高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生查阅资料时间、自学时间比对照组长,提问次数、讨论发言次数比对照组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生人文关怀、业务能力、教学方法、教学行为满意度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科临床护理带教中应用目标管理教学法,对提高实习护生专科成绩,培养其综合能力、素质能力发挥积极作用。
Objective To analyze the application value of goal management teaching method in clinical nursing teaching in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Randomly selected 60 nursing students in the Department of Gynecology in the hospital from January 2019 to August 2020.They were divided into by random number table method.There were 30 cases in both groups.The control group implemented the conventional teaching method,and the research group implemented the goal management teaching method.Comparing the two groups of interns in various assessment scores,comprehensive ability,quality ability,performance ability,teaching satisfaction,and learning enthusiasm.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and clinical skill operation of the intern nurses in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teamwork ability,communication ability,adaptability,thinking ability and practical ability of the interns in the research group were higher than those in the control interns,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group's intern nurses scored higher in curiosity,truth-seeking,analytical ability,self-confidence,and cognition than the control intern nurses,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of processing ability,coordination ability and adaptability of the intern nurses in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing trainees in the research group had longer time to consult data and self-study than the control group,and had more questions and discussion speeches than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of humanistic care,professional ability,teaching methods,and teaching behavior satisfaction scores of interns in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of goal management teaching method in gynecological clinical nursing teaching can play a positive role in improving the professional performance of interns and cultivating their comprehensive ability and quality ability.
