摘要
目的分析不同教学模式整合教学法对急诊科护士评判性思维的影响分析。方法选取该院2019年6月—2020年6月急诊科护士20名,以随机数字表法分为两组,展开为期6个月的护理教学。其中,教学A组(n=10)给予传统教学法,教学B组(n=10)给予不同教学模式整合教学法,比较两组护理教学前后评判性思维各项指标评分、急诊护理知识、急诊护理技能及急救综合能力评分。结果护理教学前,两组评判性思维各项指标、急诊护理知识、急诊护理技能及急救综合能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理教学后,教学B组评判性思维各项指标评分高于护理教学前,且高于教学A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理教学后,教学A组评判性思维各项指标评分与护理教学前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理教学后,两组急诊护理知识、急诊护理技能及急救综合能力评分高于护理教学前,且教学B组高于教学A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护理的护理教学模式中,采取不同教学模式整合教学法不仅有利于提高护士急诊护理能力,也能提升护士评判性思维,具有较高的教学应用价值。
Objective To analyze the influence of integrated teaching method of different teaching modes on critical thinking of nurses in emergency department.Methods Twenty nurses in the emergency department of the hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups based on a random number table to start a 6-month nursing teaching.Among them,the teaching group A(n=10)was given the traditional teaching method,and the teaching group B(n=10)was given the integrated teaching method of different teaching modes.Compared the critical thinking scores,the scores of emergency nursing knowledge,emergency nursing skills and first aid comprehensive ability of the two groups before and after nursing teaching.Results Before nursing teaching,the two groups of critical thinking indicators,emergency nursing knowledge,emergency nursing skills and first aid comprehensive ability scores were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing teaching,the indicators of the critical thinking in teaching B group were higher than before nursing teaching and higher than in the teaching A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing teaching,the indicators of the critical thinking in teaching A group were compared with that before nursing teaching,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing teaching,the two groups had higher emergency nursing knowledge,emergency nursing skills and first aid comprehensive ability scores than before nursing teaching,and the teaching B group was higher than the teaching A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching mode of nursing in emergency department,adopting different teaching mode to integrate teaching method is not only helpful to improve nurses'ability of nursing in emergency department,but also can improve nurses'critical thinking,which has higher teaching value.
