医院医疗废物处置存在的问题及影响因素和监管对策研究

Research on the Existing Problems,Influencing Factors and Supervision Countermeasures of Hospital Medical Waste Disposal

目的研究医院医疗废物处置存在的问题及影响因素和监管对策。方法抽取该院医疗废物处置监管前后24名护理人员,监管前后各250件医疗废物,监管前为2019年1—12月,此期间只执行常规管理,监管后为2020年1—12月,此期间除常规管理外还加强对医疗废物的监管,分析存在的问题及影响因素,提出相应的监管对策。结果监管前44件医疗废物存在问题,监管后7件医疗废物存在问题,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);监管后护理人员各项医疗废物管理能力评分均高于监管前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);监管后护理人员对医疗废物处置的满意度也高于监管前(75.00%vs 95.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时发现医疗废物存在的问题及影响因素,并针对问题提出强有力的监管手段可提高医院医疗废物的管理水平。

Objective To study the existing problems and influencing factors of medical waste disposal in hospitals and supervisory countermeasures.Methods Selected 24 nursing staff before and after the supervision of medical waste disposal in the hospital,and 250 pieces of medical waste before and after supervision.Before supervision,it was from January to December 2019.During this period,only routine management was performed.After supervision,it was from January to December 2020.During this period,in addition to regular management,the supervision of medical waste would be strengthened,existing problems and influencing factors would be analyzed,and corresponding regulatory countermeasures would be proposed.Results There were problems in 44 cases of medical waste before supervision and 7 cases of medical waste after supervision,the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).After supervision,the nursing staff's various medical waste management ability scores were higher than those before supervision,the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05);after supervision,nurses'satisfaction with medical waste disposal was also higher than before supervision(75.00%vs 95.83%),the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Finding out the problems and influencing factors of medical waste in time,and putting forward strong supervision methods for the problems can improve the management level of medical waste in hospitals.
