护士创新性思维、创新能力及创新过程投入的研究——基于对浙江某三级甲等医院的调研

Research on Nurses'Innovative Thinking,Innovative Ability and Innovation Process Investment-Based on the Investigation of Third-class Hospital in Zhejiang

医院整体创新能力的提高离不开医护人员创新。作为医疗系统中的重要一部分,护士创新思维和创新能力的提升,对护士创新过程投入具有重要意义,影响着医疗系统的创新活力。该文通过文献分析、问卷调查,相关性分析等方法分析探讨创新思维、创新能力及创新过程投入关系。数据结果分析显示,创新性思维正向影响创新性过程投入,这在一定程度上深化了对护士实现自我价值、创新价值的肯定;创新能力在创新思维和创新过程投入之间扮演中介作用,强调了创新能力提升在护士实践中的重要性和必要性。该研究为理解护士创新投入的影响因素构建了新的框架。

The improvement of the hospital's overall innovation capability is inseparable from the innovation of medical staff.As an important part of the medical system,the improvement of nurses'innovative thinking and innovation ability is of great significance to the nurses'innovation process investment and affects the innovative vitality of the medical system.This article analyzes and explores the relationship between innovative thinking,innovative ability and innovation process input through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and correlation analysis.The analysis of the data results showed that,innovative thinking positively affects the input of the innovative process,which to a certain extent deepens the affirmation of the value of nurses'self-worth and innovation.Innovation ability plays an intermediary role between innovative thinking and innovation process input,emphasizing the importance and necessity of innovation ability improvement in nurses'practice.This study constructs a new framework for understanding the influencing factors of nurses'innovation investment.
