摘要
提出并通过实验验证了一种新型无创血糖检测方法.该方法以人体耳垂作为目标检测组织,以高频正弦信号作为检测信号,实验以不同浓度的葡萄糖溶液代替不同血糖浓度的血液,根据接收信号的差异来反映人体血糖浓度的变化,从而实现无创检测人体血糖浓度的目的.对接收信号进行小波变换和能谱分析,运用小波变换对接收信号进行降噪处理,并从能量密度谱的角度分析不同血糖浓度下接收信号的差异.
A noninvasive blood glucose monitoring method is proposed,which is verified by experiment.Human earlobes are used as the target detection tissue,and a high-frequency sine signal is used to monitor the blood glucose concentration.The variation of the glucose solution concentration represents the blood with different blood glucose concentration in the experiment,and the variation of the received signals reflects the human blood glucose concentration changing,so as to achieve the purpose of noninvasive glucose concentration monitoring.The wavelet transform and energy density spectrum analysis are applied to the received signals.The wavelet transform is used to de-noise the signals,and the variation of signals with different blood glucose concentration was analyzed by energy density spectrum analysis.
