旧工业建筑改造模式路径及优选构型研究 被引量:5

摘要 在我国城市的不断更新发展中,旧工业建筑作为城市中的存量资源,正面临改造。旧工业建筑改造有助于将原有的工业建筑再生利用,成为可以循环利用的资源体。运用定性比较分析(QCA)的方法,结合可持续性理论,选定6个条件变量和一个结果变量,进行组态构型分析,对形成的5种典型的模式路径进行归纳总结。选用多准则妥协解排序法(VIKOR)构建旧工业建筑改造模式优选的决策模型,此方法的决策系数可根据项目研究意义和决策者的意愿进行调整,克服了决策过程中的双重不确定性,在追求群效用最大化的同时保证了个体遗憾最小,得到带有优先级的折中模式,以探索适合我国旧工业建筑进行改造再利用的最优模式,为旧工业建筑改造的研究提供定性定量最优参考。 In the continuous redevelopment and development of cities in China,the old industrial buildings,as the stock resourcesin the city,are facing transformation.The reconstruction of old industrial buildings is valubale to the recycling of the originalindustrial buildings,and become a resource body which can be recycled.In this paper,using the method of qualitative comparativeanalysis(QCA),combined with the theory of sustainability,six condition variables and one result variable were selected forconfiguration analysis.As a result,five typical pattern paths were summarized.The VIKOR method is used to construct the modeoptimization decision model.The decision coefficient of this method can be reset according to the conditions of projects,researchsignificance and policymakers.This method overcomes the double uncertainty in the decision-making process,in pursuit of utilitymaximization guarantees the individual regret the minimum at the same time.Additionally,this method gets a priority mode ofcompromise,to explore suitable for China’s old industrial building re-use the optimal model.The results provide qualitative andquantitative optimal reference for the study of the reconstruction of old industrial buildings.
