多群组结构方程模型视角下的老旧小区居民改造意愿影响因素研究

A Study on the Influencing Factors of Residents’Willingness to Retrofit in Old Community from the Perspective of Multi-Group Structural Equation Model

大规模推进惠民生、扩内需的老旧小区改造是促进我国城市高质量发展的重中之重。改造进度与决策主要取决于居民意向,不同区域、类型居民存在差别,其共性改造意愿影响因素值得探索。基于计划行为理论,构建老旧小区居民改造意愿影响因素的理论模型,利用SPSS 24.0和Amos 24.0,分析369份问卷的多群组数据及结构方程模型。研究表明,居民改造意愿存在显著的地区差异;行为态度作为中介变量在主观规范与知觉行为控制中发挥中介效应;学历越高、家庭规模越大,改造意愿越强烈,性别和家庭月收入水平影响很小。该研究可为增强居民改造意愿及不同区域的城镇化发展提供建议,为城市更新高质量发展提供理论和实际参考。

Large-scale promotion of the retrofit of old communities benefits people’s livelihood and expands domestic demand.These benefits make retrofit of old communities become the top priority for promoting high-quality urban development in China.Theprogress and effect of retrofit is affected by the residents’willingness,and the willingness of different types of residents in differentregions is not the same.This paper constructs a theoretical model of factors affecting the residents’willingness to retrofit in oldcommunities based on TPB.SPSS 24.0 and Amos 24.0 are applied to analyze 369 questionnaires obtained from the survey ofresidents’willingness in old communities with multi-group data and structural equation model.The results show that AT plays anintermediary role in SN and PBC as an intermediary variable.The higher level of education and greater size of the family,thestronger the residents’willingness to retrofit.The gender and monthly income level of the family have little effect on the willingness.Suggestions for strengthening residents’willingness to retrofit and further developing urbanization in different regions are given.Thispaper also provides theoretical and practical references for the development of low-carbon environmental protection projectmanagement.
