Experience Mining Based on Case-Based Reasoning for Defects Solving of Construction Projects

考虑到建筑业的经验取向,类似历史案例的宝贵经验是解决新问题的重要参考,而对建筑工程缺陷发生后解决方法的研究仍相对较少。通过收集成功的历史案例,分析了与缺陷相关的属性,分两步进行细化来提取类似的情况并计算属性权重。选用某小区的一个缺陷案例来证明所开发模型的应用效果。该缺陷解决模型丰富了决策者经验挖掘领域的理论框架,所选择的经验为解决新的缺陷问题及节省解决缺陷的人力、物力、财力提供了有效的参考。

Considering the experience-oriented nature of the construction industry,valuable experience in historical cases isimportant reference for solving new problem.However,there are very few studies on solutions to construction engineering defectsbased on exemplary cases.After collecting successful historical cases,the attributes related to defects are analyzed,and then atwo-step refinement process is carried out to extract similar situations and calculate attribute weights.A defect case in a Chinesecommunity is used to prove the application of the developed model.This defect resolution model has enriched the theoreticalfoundation related to the field of experience mining for decision makers.The selected experience provides an effective reference forsolving new defect problems and saving manpower,material and financial resources to solve defects.
