眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Fundus Laser Combined with Ranibizumab in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探究糖尿病视网膜病变行眼底激光与雷珠单抗联合治疗的作用效果。方法将该院自2019年1月—2020年6月期间收治的78例糖尿病视网膜病变患者通过计算机表法分为研究组与参照组,两组各纳入39例,给予参照组行眼底激光治疗,给予研究组眼底激光与雷珠单抗联合治疗,对比两组患者临床相关指标及临床疗效。结果研究组患者渗出吸收时间为(10.65±1.34)d短于参照组的(14.76±1.82)d,差异有统计学意义(t=11.357,P<0.001),水肿改善时间为(4.36±0.71)d短于参照组的(5.14±1.19)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.515,P<0.001),眼底出血吸收时间为(2.96±1.32)d短于参照组的(4.59±1.65)d,差异有统计学意义(t=4.817,P<0.01),视网膜厚度为(217.49±19.83)μm小于参照组的(276.82±20.69)μm,差异有统计学意义(t=12.929,P<0.01),其临床治疗总有效率为97.44%明显优于参照组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.573,P=0.003)。结论糖尿病视网膜病变采取眼底激光与雷珠单抗联合治疗效果显著,可改善临床症状,降低视网膜厚度,促进视力恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of combined treatment of fundus laser and ranibizumab on diabetic retinopathy.Methods 78 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were divided into the study group and the reference group by computer table method.The two groups were included in 39 cases,and the reference group was given fundus laser treatment.The study group was given the combination therapy of fundus laser and ranibizumab,and the clinical related indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The exudation and absorption time of patients in the study group was(10.65±1.34)d shorter than that of the reference group(14.76±1.82)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.357,P<0.001),and the edema improvement time was(4.36±0.71)d shorter than that of the reference group(5.14±1.19)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.515,P<0.001),the absorption time of fundus hemorrhage was(2.96±1.32)d shorter than the reference group(4.59±1.65)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.817,P<0.001),the retina thickness of(217.49±19.83)μm was smaller than that of the reference group(276.82±20.69)μm,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.929,P<0.001),and the total clinical treatment effective rate was 97.44%significantly better than the 74.36%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.573,P=0.003).Conclusion The combination of fundus laser and ranibizumab for diabetic retinopathy has a significant effect,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce retinal thickness,and promote vision recovery.
