摘要
目的探究二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合症(PCOS)合并不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月该院收治的96例PCOS并不孕症患者,根据数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组行克罗米芬治疗,观察组行二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗,比较两组患者治疗后1年内妊娠成功率,以及治疗前后促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOME-IR)水平。结果观察组患者妊娠成功率(79.17%)高于对照组56.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.765,P<0.05);治疗后观察组LH(7.06±0.48)IU/L、T(2.49±0.32)nmol/L、FSH(5.12±0.41)IU/L、FIN(12.18±2.43)IU/mL低于对照组,E_(2)水平(71.48±3.52)ng/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.166、10.219、15.244、9.299、8.751,P<0.05)。结论PCOS不孕症患者行二甲双胍联合克罗米芬治疗效果确切。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of metformin combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with infertility.Methods 96 patients with PCOS and infertility treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with clomiphene.The pregnancy success rate within 1 year after treatment,as well as luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2)),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FIN),insulin resistance index(HOME-IR)levelsbefore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The pregnancy success rate(79.17%)of the observation group was higher than 56.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.765,P<0.05);after treatment,the observation group LH(7.06±0.48)IU/L,T(2.49±0.32)nmol/L,FSH(5.12±0.41)IU/L,FIN(12.18±2.43)IU/mL was lower than the control group,E_(2) level(71.48±3.52)ng/L was higher than the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=16.166,10.219,15.244,9.299,8.751,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of metformin combined with clomiphene in the treatment of PCOS infertility is definite.
