养阴清肺汤辅助治疗慢性支气管炎阴虚燥热证的效果

Effect of Nourishing Yin Qingfei Decoction on Adjuvant Treatment of Chronic Bronchitis with Yin Deficiency and Dry Heat Syndrome

目的分析养阴清肺汤辅助治疗慢性支气管炎阴虚燥热证的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年6月该院收治的82例慢性支气管炎阴虚燥热证患者作为研究对象,采用信封法随机分组。对照组41例,采用氨茶碱等常规西药治疗;观察组41例,在对照组基础上加用养阴清肺汤。比较两组患者治疗前后炎症因子水平、症状消退时间以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组IL-6(23.14±1.83)、TNF-α(16.93±2.04)ng/mL低于对照组(35.35±1.92)、(25.46±2.01)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=29.475、19.071,P<0.05);观察组患者喘息、咳嗽、肺啰音症状消退时间(3.50±1.02)、(4.27±0.82)、(4.80±0.71)d均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.040、12.639、8.817,P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.68%高于对照组73.17%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.513,P<0.05)。结论采用养阴清肺汤辅助治疗慢性支气管炎阴虚燥热证疗效确切,可以更快缓解患者症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in adjuvant treatment of chronic bronchitis with Yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome.Methods 82 patients with Yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome of chronic bronchitis treated in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into groups by envelope method.41 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine such as aminophylline;41 cases in the observation group were treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment,the time for symptom resolution,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,IL-6(23.14±1.83)ng/mL and TNF-α(16.93±2.04)ng/mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at(35.35±1.92)ng/mL,(25.46±2.01)ng/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(t=29.475,19.071,P<0.05);the time for wheezing,coughing,and pulmonary rales in the observation group to subside(3.50±1.02)d,(4.27±0.82)d,(4.80±0.71)d were better than those of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(t=7.040,12.639,8.817,P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%higher than that of the control group 73.17%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.513,P<0.05).Conclusion The supplementary treatment of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of chronic bronchitis with Yin deficiency and dry heat has a definite effect,which can relieve the symptoms of patients more quickly.
