中医推拿结合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of TCM Massage and Acupuncture on Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy

目的对神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医推拿结合针灸治疗的效果进行探究。方法选取该院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者74例作为该次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间段为2019年3月—2020年4月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为甲组和乙组,各37例。采用针灸治疗为甲组,采用中医推拿结合针灸治疗为乙组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果乙组的总有效率(97.2%)明显高于甲组(75.7%),经过检验差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.400,P<0.05);治疗后,乙组的疼痛评分(2.1±0.8)分明显低于甲组的(4.4±1.2)分,经过检验差异有统计学意义(t=9.701,P<0.05);乙组的治疗时间(10.3±1.2)d和功能恢复时间(7.5±1.9)d均明显低于甲组(16.7±2.2)d、(11.6±2.4)d,差异有统计学意义(t=15.834、8.147,P<0.05)。结论针对神经根型颈椎病患者采用中医推拿结合针灸治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患者的疼痛评分,而且还可以缩短患者的治疗时间,促进其功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine massage combined with acupuncture treatment on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 74 patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects included in this study.The selected time period was from March 2019 to April 2020,and they were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method.There were 37 cases in each group.Acupuncture and moxibustion were used to treat group A,and Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and moxibustion were used to treat group B.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group B(97.2%)was significantly higher than that of group A(75.7%),after testing the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.400,P<0.05);after treatment,the pain score of group B(2.1±0.8)points was significantly lower(4.4±1.2)points of group A were tested,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.701,P<0.05);the treatment time(10.3±1.2)d and functional recovery time(7.5±1.9)d of group B were significantly lower than those of group A(16.7±2.2)d,(11.6±2.4)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.834,8.147,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the treatment effect of Chinese medicine massage combined with acupuncture is remarkable,which can effectively improve the pain score of the patient,and can also shorten the treatment time of the patient and promote the recovery of its function.
