Objective To analyze the effect of insulin aspart 30 combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes. Methods A random selection of 84 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes who came to the hospital for treatment from May 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control groups(42 cases, protamine biosynthesis human insulin combined with acarbose)and the observation group(42 cases, insulin aspart 30 combined with acarbose treatment)according to the parallel control method, the blood glucose level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared and analyzed. Results In terms of glycosylated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose, before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.372,0.168,0.074,P=0.711,0.867,0.941);after treatment, the observation group was compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=2.345,8.594,5.423,P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions, the observation group 4.76%was lower than the control group 21.43%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.126,P=0.024).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes, the combination of insulin aspart 30 and acarbose can not only improve blood glucose levels, but also has a low incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
