经皮微创内固定(MIPPO)技术对踝关节骨折的治疗效果研究

Effect of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Internal Fixation(MIPPO)on Ankle Fracture

目的分析经皮微创内固定(MIPPO)技术对踝关节骨折的治疗效果。方法对该院骨科收治的70例踝关节骨折患者进行分析,患者在2017年5月—2020年5月期间入院,按照奇偶数分组方式将其分成对照组和观察组,分别采取切开复位内固定治疗、MIPPO治疗,对比两组的手术治疗效果、关节功能及并发症。结果观察组手术时间(45.22±2.65)min,术中出血量是(18.21±3.28)mL,住院时间(8.32±1.66)d,骨折愈合时间是(10.78±2.52)周,差异有统计学意义(t=10.340、47.704、13.571、7.686,P<0.05);观察组关节功能恢复优良率对比对照组高,为97.14%(34例),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05);观察组和对照组术后并发症发生率相比,观察组更低,为5.71%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05)。结论MIPPO技术治疗踝关节骨折具有较好的操作优势,可以提升关节功能恢复效果,且骨折预后较好,创伤更少,故其术后并发症少,值得在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)on ankle fracture.Methods 70 cases of ankle fracture patients in orthopedics department of the hospital were analyzed.They were admitted to hospital from May 2017 to May 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group according to odd even number grouping method.Open reduction and internal fixation and were adopted respectively.The surgical treatment effect,joint function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the operation time was(45.22±2.65)min,the intraoperative blood loss was(18.21±3.28)mL,the hospital stay was(8.32±1.66)d,and the fracture healing time was(10.78±2.52)weeks.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.340,47.704,13.571,7.686,P<0.05);the good rate of joint function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,97.14%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P<0.05);compared with the control group,the observation group had a lower postoperative complication rate,5.71%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion MIPPO has good operation advantages in the treatment of ankle fractures,can improve the recovery effect of joint function,and the fracture prognosis is better,less trauma,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
