胸壁畸形治疗中微创Nuss手术的临床应用效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Application Effect of Minimally Invasive Nuss Surgery in the Treatment of Chest Wall Deformities

目的分析胸壁畸形治疗中微创Nuss手术的应用效果。方法纳入2017年2月—2020年5月82例该院收治的胸壁畸形患儿,依据应用诊疗方法不同进行组别分区分,可划分为观察组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。其中,观察组实行微创Nuss手术,对照组实施传统手术,通过对比手术用时、术中出血量及平均住院时间和并发症来分析两种手术治疗方法应用下发挥的临床效用。结果在微创Nuss手术的应用下,观察组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间分别为(55.5±4.7)min、(34.6±4.8)mL、(9.5±5.3)d;对照组患儿的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间分别为(96.2±6.3)min、(96.4±4.6)mL、(25.5±5.4)d,数据对比差异有统计学意义(t=33.156、59.521、13.540,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症2.43%(1/41)低于对照组21.95%(9/41),对比差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05)。结论在胸壁畸形患儿治疗中选用微创Nuss手术实施治疗,治疗效果显著,使患儿畸形的胸壁能够得到更好的改善,为患儿取得更好的预后,应用价值显著,可借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive Nuss surgery in the treatment of chest wall deformities.Methods Enrolled 82 children with chest wall deformity admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to May 2020.According to different methods of diagnosis and treatment,they were divided into groups and divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41).Among them,the observation group performed minimally invasive Nuss surgery,and the control group performed traditional surgery.The clinical effects of the two surgical treatment methods were analyzed by comparing the operation time before and after diagnosis and treatment,intraoperative blood loss,average length of stay and complications.Results Under the application of minimally invasive Nuss surgery,the time required for surgery the amount of intraoperative blood loss,the average hospital stay of the children in the observation group were(55.5±4.7)min,(34.6±4.8)mL,(9.5±5.3)d;the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and average hospitalization time of children in the control group were(96.2±6.3)min,(96.4±4.6)mL,and(25.5±5.4)d,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(t=33.156,59.521,13.540;P<0.05);2.43%(1/41)postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than 21.95%(9/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.289,P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive Nuss surgery is used in the treatment of patients with chest wall deformities,and the treatment effect is significant,so that the deformed chest wall of the patients can be better improved,and the patient can obtain a better prognosis.The application value is significant and can be used for reference.
