桡骨远端骨折保守治疗与手术治疗疗效对比评价

Comparative Evaluation of the Curative Effect of Conservative Treatment and Surgical Treatment of Distal Radius Fractures

目的对比保守治疗与手术治疗运用在桡骨远端骨折中的价值。方法依照回顾性分析法选择该院2015年3月—2019年2月纳入的55例桡骨远端骨折患者,其中30例接受手术治疗者作为研究组,另25例接受保守治疗者作为对照组,对两组优良率进行评价,并记录并发症发生率,分别在干预前后进行临床症状积分调查,最后记录所有患者治疗后的尺偏角、掌倾角、桡骨短缩,对比两组治疗结果。结果研究组优良率90.00%高于对照组68.00%,并发症发生率6.67%低于对照组28.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.125、4.535,P<0.05);干预后研究组疼痛(0.97±0.22)分、肿胀(0.78±0.16)分、麻木(0.50±0.12)分、活动受限(0.84±0.18)分低于对照组(1.40±0.36)分、(1.22±0.30)分、(1.04±0.25)分、(1.17±0.29)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.441、6.943、10.483、5.158,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的尺偏角(29.01±2.34)°、掌倾角(5.87±1.05)°、桡骨短缩(2.90±0.86)mm优于对照组(25.33±1.70)°、(4.23±1.21)°、(4.10±1.26)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=6.550,5.382,4.180,P<0.05)。结论手术治疗的效果突出,能够促进桡骨远端骨折患者相应症状快速消失,降低疼痛,并减低并发症的发生率,安全性高,促进骨折快速愈合。

Objective To compare the value of conservative treatment and surgical treatment in distal radius fractures.Methods According to retrospective analysis,55 patients with distal radius fractures included in the hospital from March 2015 to February 2019 were selected.Among them,30 received surgical treatment as the study group,and the other 25 received conservative treatment as the control group.The excellent and good rates of the two groups were evaluated,and the incidence of complications was recorded.The clinical symptom scores were investigated before and after the intervention.Finally,the ulnar deviation,palm inclination,and radius shortening were recorded for all patients after treatment,and the treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of 90.00%in the study group was higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the complication rate was 6.67%lower than that of the control group 28.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.125,4.535,P<0.05);after the intervention,the study group pain(0.97±0.22)points,swelling(0.78±0.16)points,numbness(0.50±0.12)points,limited activity(0.84±0.18)points were lower than the control group(1.40±0.36)points,(1.22±0.30)points,(1.04±0.25)points,(1.17±0.29)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.441,6.943,10.483,5.158,P<0.05).The study group's ulnar deviation angle(29.01±2.34)°,palm inclination(5.87±1.05)°,radius shortening(2.90±0.86)mm after treatment were better than those of the control group(25.33±1.70)°,(4.23±1.21)°,(4.10±1.26)mm,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.550,5.382,4.180,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment is outstanding.It can promote the rapid disappearance of the corresponding symptoms of patients with distal radius fractures,reduce pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is safe and promotes rapid fracture healing.
