重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗小儿手足口病的疗效 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究小儿手足口病采用重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效。方法以2017年1月—2019年9月在该院诊治的60例小儿手足口病患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,甲组行常规治疗,乙组在甲组基础上行重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗,对比两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、治疗前后炎性指标变化情况。结果乙组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于甲组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.756,P<0.05);与甲组比较,乙组疱疹消失、热退时间与住院时间更短,差异有统计学意义(t=16.158、18.594、14.192,P<0.05);与甲组比较,乙组治疗后CRP、白细胞计数均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=45.654、51.121,P<0.05)。结论小儿手足口病采用重组人干扰素α-2b雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效显著,利于改善临床症状,减轻机体炎症水平。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation treatment of recombinant human interferonα-2b in children with hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods Sixty children with hand-foot-mouth disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2019 were used as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Group A received conventional treatment,and group B received aerosol inhalation of recombinant human interferonα-2b on the basis of group A.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom relief,and changes in inflammatory indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in group B was 93.33%,which was higher than 56.67%in group A,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.756,P<0.05);compared with group A,the herpes disappearance,fever regression time and hospitalization time in group B were shorter,the difference was statistically significant(t=16.158,18.594,14.192,P<0.05);compared with group A,CRP and white blood cell counts of group B were lower after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(t=45.654,51.121,P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b aerosol inhalation treatment in children with hand,foot and mouth disease has a significant clinical effect,which is beneficial to improve various clinical symptoms and reduce the level of inflammation in the body.
