联合应用经阴道彩超与经腹部彩超诊断妇产科急腹症的临床价值研究

The Clinical Value of Combined Application of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound and Transabdominal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的分析并研究妇产科急腹症采取经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超联合检查的临床效果及相关价值。方法选取2018年5月—2020年1月该院收治的120例伴急腹症患者为研究对象,均予患者经腹部彩超及经阴道检查,视手术及病理检查结果为金标准,比较分析单一经阴道(腹部)超声检查及联合检查效果。结果联合超声检查于急性盆腔炎、黄体破裂、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转及异位妊娠等方面检出率相比于单一经阴道、腹部超声检查较高,但对比结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合超声诊断准确率(95.00%)相比于单一阴道(83.33%)、腹部超声检查(70.83%)明显提升,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.454、27.738,P<0.05)。结论妇产科急腹症采取经阴道彩超和经腹部彩超联合检查效果理想,可进行诊断准确率的大幅度提升,降低漏诊等事件,使用安全性高,值得进一步推广及运用。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect and related value of combined transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound in acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 120 patients with acute abdomen treated in the hospital from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were examined by transabdominal color doppler ultrasound and transvaginal examination.The pathological examination results were regarded as gold standard,comparative analysis of single transvaginal(abdominal)ultrasound examination and combined examination results.Results The detection rate of combined ultrasonography in acute pelvic inflammation,corpus luteum rupture,ovarian cyst pedicle torsion and ectopic pregnancy was higher than that of single transvaginal and abdominal ultrasonography,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of combined ultrasound(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of single vagina(83.33%)and abdominal ultrasound(70.83%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.454,27.738,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined examination of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound for acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology has an ideal effect,which can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy,reduce missed diagnosis and other incidents,and was safe in use.It was worthy of further promotion and application.
