综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2017年7月—2019年12月期间该院收治的68例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为该次研究的对象,各34例,分别予以常规护理干预和综合护理干预。对比两组患者护理干预前后的血糖值、糖化血红蛋白和妊娠结局。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖(7.52±1.13)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.79±1.65)mmol/L以及糖化血红蛋白(5.32±1.03)%均低于对照组患者的空腹血糖(8.71±1.68)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(9.86±1.76)mmol/L以及糖化血红蛋白(6.58±1.12)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.427、2.586、4.828,P<0.05);观察组患者不良妊娠结局发生率为11.76%,比对照组患者的不良妊娠结局发生率32.35%低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.191,P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者采取综合护理干预,能有效控制血糖,减少妊娠期糖尿病并发症的发生,对改善母婴妊娠结局有着积极的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 68 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the objects of this study,with 34 patients in each group receiving routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention,respectively.The blood glucose,HbA1c and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results The values of fasting blood glucose(7.52±1.13)mmol/L,postpranational 2 h blood glucose(8.79±1.65)mmol/L,and HbA1c(5.32±1.03)%in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(8.71±1.68)mmol/L,postpranational 2 h blood glucose(9.86±1.76)mmol/L,and HbA1c(6.58±1.12)%,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.427,2.586,4.828,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 11.76%,lower than that the control group's 32.35%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.191,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can effectively control blood sugar,reduce the occurrence of complications of gestational diabetes,and have a positive impact on improving the pregnancy outcome of mothers and infants.
