手术室麻醉苏醒护理对胃肠切除患者全麻苏醒期躁动(EA)的影响及满意度分析

Effect and Satisfaction Analysis of Anesthesia Resuscitation Nursing in Operating Room on EA in Patients Undergoing Gastroenterectomy

目的探讨胃肠切除患者选用手术室麻醉苏醒护理的价值。方法选择2019年1月—2020年6月收治的72例胃肠切除患者为研究对象,均分为两组(随机信封法),对照组36例选用常规护理,观察组36例选用手术室麻醉苏醒护理,统计两组全麻苏醒期躁动(EA)程度、心率、血压、不良反应率、护理满意度。结果观察组EA发生率(11.11%)低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05)。观察组心率、血压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率(13.89%)低于对照组(36.11%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.741,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(97.22%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。结论手术室麻醉苏醒护理在胃肠切除患者麻醉期苏醒护理中效果确切,可明显降低全麻苏醒期躁动程度,亦可提高护理满意度,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the value of anesthesia care for patients undergoing gastrointestinal resection in operating room.Methods The 72 patients with gastrointestinal resection admitted from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups(random envelope method).36 patients in the control group received routine care,and 36 patients in the observation group received anesthesia in the operating room.The degree of agitation(EA),heart rate,blood pressure,adverse reaction rate,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups during the awakening period from general anesthesia were calculated.Results The incidence of EA in the observation group(11.11%)was lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.143,P<0.05).The heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group(13.89%)was lower than that of the control group(36.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.741,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.22%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia recovery nursing in the operating room has a definite effect in the recovery nursing of patients undergoing anesthesia during gastrointestinal resection.It can significantly reduce the degree of restlessness during recovery from general anesthesia and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth learning.
