中西医结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变对改善患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy on Improving the Quality of Life of Patients

目的分析中西医结合治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法根据研究需求,于2020年6月—2021年6月选取142例DPN者,遵循抽签分组原则,分为西医组和结合组,各71例。西医组行西医治疗,结合组行中西医结合治疗。比较两组血糖指标、神经传导速度、生活质量评分、治疗有效率。结果治疗前检测DPN患者的3项血糖指标,结合组和西医组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后检测DPN患者的3项血糖指标,结合组比西医组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前检测DPN患者的感觉及运动神经传导速度,结合组和西医组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后检测DPN患者的感觉及运动神经传导速度,结合组比西医组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经6个维度评估DPN患者的生活情况,结合组生活质量评分比西医组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结合组DPN治疗有效率(94.37%)比西医组(81.69%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可稳定血糖,能改善神经传导情况,保持高DPN治疗有效性,对改善生活有积极作用。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on diabetic peripheral neuropath(DPN).Methods According to the research requirements,142 patients with DPN from June 2020 to June 2021 were screened,following the principle of lottery and grouping.They were divided into the Western medicine group and the integrated group,with 71 cases in each group.The blood glucose indicators,nerve conduction velocity,quality of life score,and effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The three blood glucose indicators of DPN patients were tested before treatment,and the difference between the integrated group and the Western medicine group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the three blood glucose indicators of DPN patients were tested after treatment,and the integrated group was lower than the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensory and motor nerve conduction velocities of DPN patients were detected before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference between the integrated group and the Western medicine group(P>0.05);the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocities of DPN patients were detected after treatment,and the integrated group was higher than that of the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After assessing the living conditions of DPN patients through 6 dimensions,the quality of life score of the integrated group was higher than that of the Western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of DPN treatment in the integrated group(94.37%)was higher than that in the Western medicine group(81.69%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment can stabilize blood glucose,improve nerve conduction,maintain the effectiveness of high DPN treatment,and have a positive effect on improving life.
