乳果糖联合莫沙必利、双歧杆菌三联活菌用于T2DM伴便秘的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Lactulose Combined with Mosapride and Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Bacteria for T2DM with Constipation

目的探究乳果糖联合莫沙必利、双歧杆菌三联活菌用于T2DM(2型糖尿病)伴便秘的疗效。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月该院T2DM伴便秘患者88例进行研究,按照治疗差异性进行分组,对照组(n=44)给予乳果糖治疗,观察组(n=44)给予乳果糖+莫沙必利+双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗,对比分析其便秘症状积分、肠道菌群情况、血清生长抑素、血管活性肠肽、胃动素水平、血清胃泌素。结果治疗后,观察组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组肠道菌群情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清生长抑素、血清胃泌素、血管活性肠肽低于对照组,胃动素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用莫沙必利、双歧杆菌三联活菌联合乳果糖治疗T2DM患者,可以有效改善患者胃动素水平,降低血清生长抑素、血管活性肠肽、血清胃泌素水平,调节肠道菌群,缓解便秘症状。

Objective To explore the efficacy of lactulose combined with mosapride and bifidobacteria for T2DM(type 2 diabetes)with constipation.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,88 patients with T2DM with constipation in the hospital were selected for research and grouped according to treatment differences.The control group(n=44)was given lactulose treatment,and the observation group(n=44)Lactulose+mosapride+bifidobacteria triple live bacteria treatment was given,and the constipation symptom scores,intestinal flora,serum somatostatin,vasoactive intestinal peptide,motilin levels,and serum gastrin were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the intestinal flora of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group's serum somatostatin,serum gastrin,and vasoactive intestinal peptide were lower than those of the control group,and the level of motilin was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mosapride,bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria combined with lactulose to treat patients with T2DM can effectively improve the level of motilin,reduce the levels of serum somatostatin,vasoactive intestinal peptide,and serum gastrin,and regulate intestinal bacteria,relieve symptoms of constipation.
