老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者围术期护理干预效果

Effect of Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Elderly Patients with Diabetes and Perianal Abscess

目的给予老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者应用围术期护理干预,观察和对比其中的应用效果。方法于该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的患者中,选择90例老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式分成为研究组患者和对照组患者,各45例,给予对照组患者实施常规护理,给予研究组患者应用围术期护理,统计并对比研究两组患者的并发症发生人数、护理总满意人数、护理后的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖情况。结果研究组患者的并发症发生人数、护理总满意人数、护理后的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖情况均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者应用围术期护理干预,能够降低患者的并发症发生率、提升患者的护理满意度,同时还可以改善患者的血糖水平,使患者的治疗效果及预后水平均得到有效提升,可见围术期护理在老年糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者中能够起到良好的作用。

Objective To apply perioperative nursing intervention to elderly patients with diabetes and perianal abscess,to observe and compare the application effects.Methods Among the patients admitted in the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020,90 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and perianal abscess were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group by lottery,and the control group received routine nursing,the study group patients received perioperative care,counted and compared the number of complications of the two groups of patients,the total number of satisfactory nursing care,fasting blood glucose after nursing,and blood glucose 2 h after a meal.Results The number of complications in the study group,the total number of satisfactory nursing care,fasting blood glucose after nursing,and blood glucose 2 h after a meal were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying perioperative nursing intervention to elderly patients with diabetes and perianal abscess can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of patients with care.At the same time,it can also improve the blood glucose level of the patients and improve the treatment effect and prognosis of the patients,showing that perioperative care can play a good role in elderly patients with diabetes and perianal abscess.
