多样性护理对糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者护理效果

The Effect of Diversified Nursing Care on Patients with Diabetes and Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

目的分析给予糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者实施多样性护理的效果。方法选取该院2019年11月—2020年11月收治的130例糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式划分为观察组和对照组,各65例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施多样性护理,对比研究两组患者的护理效果、用药依从性、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、心功能等级评分、生活质量评分、住院时间、相关知识掌握程度评分。结果观察组患者的用药依从性、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、心功能等级评分、生活质量评分、住院时间、相关知识掌握程度评分为均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理对糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的护理效果良好,给予糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者实施多样性护理,可以提升患者的用药依从性,还可以改善患者的血糖水平、心功能等级,提升患者的生活质量,缩短其住院时间以及强化患者对于自身疾病相关知识的掌握,有利于提升患者的预后水平和降低各项并发症的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of diversified care for patients with diabetes and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods The 130 patients with diabetes and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were the subjects of the study.They were divided into observation group and control group by lottery,with 65 cases in each group.Give routine care to patients in the control group,and implement diversified nursing care to patients in the observation group.To compare and study the nursing effect,medication adherence,fasting blood glucose,blood glucose 2 h after meal,cardiac function rating,quality of life score,hospital stay,and related knowledge mastery scores between the two groups of patients.Results Observation group patients’medication compliance,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,cardiac function grade score,quality of life score,length of hospital stay,and relevant knowledge mastery score were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing care is effective for patients with diabetes and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Diversified nursing care for patients with diabetes and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease can improve the patient's medication compliance and improve the patient's medication compliance,improve the patient’s quality of life,shorten the length of hospital stay,and strengthen the patient’s knowledge of their own diseases,which will help improve the patient’s prognosis and reduce the incidence of various complications.
