糖尿病肾病早期诊断中生化检验指标的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Biochemical Test Indexes in the Early Diagnosis of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察糖尿病肾病早期诊断中生化检验指标的作用。方法选取院内2020年5月—2021年5月同时期40名常规体检者以及40例糖尿病肾病患者,分别作为对照组、观察组,对两组生化检验指标进行观察。结果观察组CRP为(8.63±1.34)mg/L、CysC为(1.88±0.36)mg/L、HbAlc为(7.83±0.27)%、Cr为(132.67±5.25)μmol/L、MAU(22.34±5.41)mg/L高于对照组CRP(1.84±0.53)mg/L、CysC(0.81±0.27)mg/L、HbAlc(5.04±0.45)%、Cr(75.48±5.03)μmol/L、MAU(11.12±3.11)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(t=8.601、8.415、8.748、8.715、8.971,P<0.05),观察组CRP、CysC、HbAlc、Cr、MAU阳性率分别为77.50%、67.50%、62.50%、85.00%、80.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.792、9.265、9.482、9.745、9.652,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者可应用生化检验指标完成早期诊断,应用价值显著,可有效为后续治疗工作提供依据。

Objective To observe the role of biochemical test indicators in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,40 patients with routine physical examination and 40 patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected as the control group and the observation group,and the biochemical test indicators of the two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,CRP was(8.63±1.34)mg/L,CysC was(1.88±0.36)mg/L,HbAlc was(7.83±0.27)%,Cr was(132.67±5.25)μmol/L,and MAU was(22.34±5.41)mg/L,which was higher than,CRP was(1.84±0.53)mg/L,CysC was(0.81±0.27)mg/L,HbAlc was(5.04±0.45)%,Cr(75.48±5.03)μmol/L,MAU(11.12±3.11)mg/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.601,8.415,8.748,8.715,8.971,P<0.05),the positive rates of CRP,CysC,HbAlc,Cr,and MAU in the observation group were 77.50%,67.50%,62.50%,85.00%and 80.00%were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significan(χ^(2)=9.792,9.265,9.482,9.745,9.652,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy can use biochemical test indicators to complete early diagnosis,which has significant application value and can effectively provide a basis for follow-up treatment.
